Can a client create other user logins for their organisation?

Yes, if their account if set up with permission to create new users. this permission can be found in Admin >> Users >> Edit and under the permission tab. (shown below)

How do you reset a password?

There are three ways to reset a password;

  • changing your password while logged in
  • resetting your forgotten password
  • resetting another's password as an administrator

To change your own password, go to the right side of Telematics and click on Account >> Manage Account.  From here you can select 'Change password'

To reset your password from outside Telematics, go to the landing page yourCompany.telematics.guru and click on the reset password link

TO change a user's password as an administrator, go to Admin >> Users >> Edit  and select Change password from the first tab.
