Product ID and Hardware Revision Telematics Guru

With 3G network shutdowns looming in many countries, including Australia in June 2024, partners may want to find the following information about their devices.

Which of my devices are 2G, 3G or 4G?

How many 3G devices do I have and which customers have them?

This information can be obtained from the OEM Server or Telematics Guru interface.

      Product ID and Hardware Revision

In the device grid, the Product Column tells us the product ID and hardware revision.

      e.g. 88.1,

      88 - product ID, Bolt2

.1 - Hardware revision (there is only 1 version of the Bolt2 - the BOLT2-4G)

The column can be filtered, and if after filtering we select all devices we will see how many there are of this version.

Additionally, we can run a CSV export of the grid, and create a pivot table to show us the total of each revision.

If we have put devices into client groups, we can also break down the numbers by client.
