The G62 LoRaWAN® keeps an on-board odometer and run-time accumulator. Given the potential for uplinks to not be received on the server, uploading a count provides a robust solution.

The run hours and odometer are accumulated when the device is in trip - and the value is uploaded every 24 hrs by default. How to configure this period, and information on the uplinks is covered at the links below:

  • G62 LoRaWAN® Configuration and Usage Guide
  • G62 LoRaWAN® Integration Document

It is not possible to initialise/reset the value. The device simply accumulates run hours and the odometer over its lifetime. This can be corrected on the server side to provide run hours/odo since a certain date and achieve the same result.
