Note:

The MyGeotab system bills for active devices. In order to avoid being billed for devices that are no longer active, the device must be terminated in MyGeotab.

Please terminate the device in the MyAdmin user interface. There is no interface in the OEM Server to do this yet.

Note:

  • If a device re-connects after termination, billing will resume.
  • It is the vendor's responsibility to manage their active devices, including terminating them when necessary in the MyAdmin UI.
