Fleet Reports
Table of Contents
The fleet reports are available for generalised fleet management for users. They range from utilisation reports which display the usage of vehicles in a fleet over specified time periods using specified parameters, to general geo-fence activity reports. Overall, their purpose is simply to provide accessible information to optimise fleet efficiency, look at fleet travel history and to look at tag history. (to be revised)

Asset Geo-fence Activity - Detail and Summary
This report is used to show the activity of an asset relative to a specific geo-fence. It can be used to determine when a vehicle has left a specified area, or if a vehicle has deviated from its geo-fence route. The report can be customised according to asset types, specific assets, projects, departments as well as specific geo-fences, all according to preference and use-case. The summary report differs from the detailed report in that it allows the user to specify to only show assets with visits inside the specified geo-fence.
For more information, see the support article on Route Deviation.
Asset List
The asset list report is a simple report that allows for the user to generate a report displaying a list of assets within a specified asset type, project and/or department. This list will show the asset's basic information (such as asset type, device type, serial number etc.) as well as its connected status, odometer reading and run hours.
Asset Locations
This report shows a list of asset's current location, as of the time of reporting. The report can either be a default location report, or a custom report. The custom report allows you to choose which columns you need in your report, in order to only have what's relevant or needed.
Asset Point History Report
This report is used to show all the latitude and longitude points in a device's history up within a certain date range, filtered according to assets, projects or departments. Additionally, it can be filtered by days of the week. This is useful to get a specific trip history of a device, according to desired requirements.
Asset Transport Trip List
A report listing all transport trips in a date range. The list can be fitlered by a particular Asset, Driver, Project or Trip Type.
This report serves as a detailed list of trips within a specific date range. It has a number of default columns that can be filtered out according to what is desired/needed. The general details of these columns are:
- Asset Details
- Driver Details
- Starting and ending location
- Starting and ending time (time for the trip)
- Odometer readings and run hours
- Trip type
- Idle Time
- Trip Billable Amount
See Transported Trips - Prevent towing incrementing Run hours and Odometer for more information.
Asset Trip List Summaries
A report listing the summary of all trips in a date range. The list can be filtered by a particular Asset or Asset Type. The daily report is a report listing the summary of all trips on a day. The list can be filtered by a particular Asset or Asset Type.
Asset Utilization Report
A report showing the selected asset's utilisation over the specified time frame at either a specified time resolution.
This report gives statistics for an asset's utilisation over a chosen period. It allows for the user to specify specific working hours to get a clear view of the activity for specified times. This report type allows for both a detailed report and a summary report to be generated, depending on what is desired. This report can be done for multiple assets.
It is given in an excel format, with a legend showing the times that the asset is in use and the times that it is not being used. It also has information on the percentage for usage versus non-usage. It is geo-fence specific.
See Utilisation report for more information.
Days Outside Geofences Report
This report allows the user to see how many days certain assets have spent outside of a specific geo-fence.
Driver Trip Summary Report
This summary report allows the user to get overview information on drivers' trips over a specified time period. The report allows for the user to see the number of trips completed by a driver, the total distance and duration of all those trips as well as the driver's maximum speed throughout those trips.
Fleet Activity Summary v2
This is an in-depth comprehensive report for a user to see a summary of their fleet's activity. It includes counts for trips, speeding events and set speed limits for the corresponding devices, top and average speed, maximum speed overt the speed limit, idling and harsh driving incidents per 100km. It also includes bar graphs for harsh driving, speeding percentage per vehicle and asset utilisation. A mini-report is also present within the report for utilisation statistics.
More detail on this is included in our TG - Utilisation article.
Fleet Management Summary
This report works very similarly to the fleet acitvity summary v2 report, except it allows for the manual setting of the speed limit across all assets, and cannot be filtered for specific departments or asset types as the Fleet Activity Summary v2 report can.
RAG Report
This report allows you to visualise the number of event occurrences and categorise them into either red, amber or green categories, with the value bounds of these categories being configurable. A specific event is set to be the event that is categorised.
See RAG Report for more information.
Stationary Assets Report
A report allowing users to see which assets have been stationary longer than a specific period of time. The report itself shows the stationary assets' location, location time, location days, and last connected status in the table.
Tagged Asset Report
A report showing a list of BLE tags within certain parameters, such as a geofence. This report can specifically be catered to only show tags that have not been heard from in a certain amount of time. The report itself includes columns for its status, last location, last seen and battery voltage.
Trip List Report
A report showing all trips in a range, with the capability of being filtered by many different parameters, such as drivers, trip types, date range, days of the week, times during a day, speeding severity, trip distance/duration or business trips. The report itself has many individual columns, mainly pertaining to the filters but also including odometer reading change, business distance, duration, distance and speeding statistics.
Alternatively, the Trip List (Diff) Report is a simplified version of the main Trip List Report as above.
Trip Region Report
A report listing all trips within specified trip projects and asset departments, within a certain time range. The report shows the country, region and total distance travelled by an asset in a region.
