Connectivity issues with Vodafone SIM Cards
For Vodafone SIM customers, in some regions, devices are experiencing connectivity issues.
When we View Device Logs Numerous instances of "aborting oneshot data" messages are observed.
Aborting oneshot data means the connection was aborted mid data transfer (i.e. we could get on the network, and connect, but it failed after that).
This is generally due to Firewalls on Vodafone's network.
The user should request to Vodafone: “Please update the APN access list for the SIM cards with all IP addresses and FQDNs from this article. Please include the US and EU instances to ensure cross-over access at a later stage.”

Duplicate BLE Tags in Tag List
When there are 2 tags of the same type (e.g. ELA T) with MAC addresses which are exactly 128 apart, the tag can appear twice in the device's Bluetooth Tag List.
This is a rare edge case.
All BLE Gateway Devices are affected. New firmware releases are in development. |

Telematics Guru - Scheduled Driver Scorecard Report sends an empty report even when ‘Send if No Data’ is checked.
Underneath the surface, the problem is that the report is technically populated with the driver name, even when all of the other fields are empty. |
